Extension, garden and driveway

We need to have our garden redesigned, very simple, some patio and some lawned, about 11 x 13m. We will need the fences replacing, with the old posts dug out. We're also considering a small orangery extention (3.5 x 3.5) with a set of biological doors in it. As well as this, we want to replace our existing blockpaved driveway with resin, fence at the front replacing and a new gate to the back. Semi detached house in the North West. I don't know whether I'm best to see if one compancould do everything (in which case what would I search/advertise for?) Or whether I'd be better to get separate ones, though if so, in which order would it be best to get this done? Can anyone help? And if anyone has any ideas as to approximate cost I'd be grateful!

Fencing and driveways can be done by a landscaper for less than a builder but if you have the cash it’s easier to only coordinate one contractor.

Extension first, your garden is likely to be trashed, then your garden and fencing, then drive. You won't want a resin drive spoiled by a garden company carting all their materials / removing soil etc and I think it works best having your fence in place when you have your drive done.

We're also in the NW and were gobsmacked at the prices for these kind of things, very expensive (maybe we were naive).

Thanks for that, makes sense. The cost worries me as when I look on online estimators I come up with a figure you could almost but a house for!
