Farrrow ball urgent question... can I paint over there eggshell with modern emulsion

I've done some cladding in my bedroom, i thought I wanted white so went with eggshell. However I don't like it, I want to go with stiffkey blue. Being dark I don't want a sheen. Can I go over it with there modern emulsion or does it all need sanding back 😩😩

I did it, lighted sanded the eggshell and went over with modern emulsion. Looks so nice fingers crossed it stays put
