We have a large decked area probably half our garden. The part by the house rarely dries out no decking stain/paint/oil will last on it. I've tried everything but it still peels off after a few months. Two years ago I sanded the whole lot, took me two weeks but it still looks just as bad. We are looking to sell in the next year or two so don't want to spend a fortune. Thought about artificial grass, but as its against real grass it will look awful. Has anyone any ingenious ideas?
