I'm guessing you've seen an hundred posts like this, so sorry but I am desperate!
I have seen a beautiful house, semi 3bed, perfect in every aspect inside (when I enters the kitchen I was WOOOOW), outstanding schools, price really good (70k less than our budget).
It has two flaws for me: it s on a big busy road (even if in the house you don't hear anything) and it's in a small town, only 10 minutes by car from the city I live in now, things is... I don't drive :( we have a car and I should learn but meanwhile I have to rely on buses. I have a bus stop on this big road, I can arrive in the city in 30/40 minutes.
The town of the property seems quiet and nice but with every essential shop.
We have been looking for just one month, not so much.
I would totally prefer to live in the city but even adding 30k to my budget I can get a crappy house or a nice flat without a garden (that I want for my cats and 2yo!).
Do you think I should wait? Prices are going down? I have seen only 7 houses and it s not much, maybe. But the market seems reaaaally quiet.
Please, give me something to think about :D
Help me, because I don't know what to think.
Plus, I am an immigrant so I didn't grew up here, I don't know so many people but every one is in the city.
