What order do I do these jobs?

Just thinking about order of jobs, what would you do?
Eg

  • does flooring go down before or after kitchen?
  • do you decorate before kitchen or after?

Getting keys around mid March then not moving in for a few months. Booked bathroom fitters (replace one bathroom, plus create en suite) for Aug (earliest available).
Also need to the following:
Knock down one wall to create open plan kitchen / sitting area.
New kitchen
Create utility room in garage (has internal access)
Decorate throughout
New flooring throughout
Fitted wardrobes in 3 bedrooms
Redo patio

Depends what type of floor and if fitting underneath the units adds massively to the cost. Also, personal preference.

When I had my kitchen done I totally gutted it so I had floor laid before kitchen fitted so all nice and level and neat at the bottoms of the kick panels etc. . And I decorated/tiled after so that any repairs needed were done once kitchen fitted.

And make sure you plan your sockets etc.
