Has anyone ever done this from the outside? Looking at Green Grant and all the companies doing it seem to offer spray foam insulation as preferred flat roof insulation. Is this a good option? Was it expensive (roof is about 80msq)? Has anyone insulated a flat roof from the outside using another method?
