Best solution for cold bedroom walls

I’m looking to redecorate the front bedroom of my north facing 1930s end terrace .
The previous owners have left polystyrene backed wallpaper ,I would imagine to keep damp and cold away .
What would be the best solution to keep the condensation away.?
I’m current looking at wall rock thermal wallpaper or can anyone suggest something better ? Thanks

We had a surveyor recommend a type of paint with glass in for cold walls. Not this actual one because it was their own but it gives you the info about the glass microspheres.

We got ours through Peter cox but I haven’t opened the tin yet.

I think if the walls feel cold, and there’s condensation, you need to increase the heating temperature, make sure the air vents are not blocked and maybe get a dehumidifier in the room. We’ve lived in a north facing house for years, only upping the thermostat in the rooms at the front worked.
