has the market slowed down where you are?

I have observed that not many of the saved houses in my rightmove list are coming under offer since the start of the year. These are family sized homes in a popular town in Herts. The market seems to have cooled a bit compared to the frenzy toward the end of 2020. howver, not much is coming on either and the few I have viewed seemed to have lots of viewings going on. What are others experiences?

It’s fairly quiet here now, but I don’t think it’s quieter than a normal year, for houses. Flats don’t seem to be moving at all.
