We're getting a new work surface as part of a kitchen refit and I am thinking about replacing the hob at the same time? It will be a quartz one if that makes a difference?
The old gas hob is fine - its looks worn and has one ring which is a bit temperamental but I wouldn't normally be thinking of replacing it at this stage (5 burner, Bosch)
It's partly about price - but also because I would probably have pressure to replace it with an induction hob and I want to hang onto my gas!
Does anyone know if I can just replace the hob at a later stage without having issues with the cutouts? (Would be replacing with another 5 burner size..)
