Finally about to start our kitchen / side return extension and obviously we can't trawl around show rooms because of restrictions. I'm looking for a matt white handleless kitchen. I haver been told DIY kitchens are good and have found someone that can design this for me if I go this route. Our house is an old victorian terrace but the look in this extenntion will be contemporary with a bank of cupboards with built in ovens and fridge and then low levels units in a run along the wall - thinking no overhead - shelves instead and then a big island which we will eat at. I plan on putting the sink and induction hob along back wall so that the island is clear and is used for prep and dining. Would like the seats to run around the corner of the island so we don't all sit in a row - so any ideas welcome ! Any recommendations on other kitchen companies worth a look at and any tips you've found why designing yours?
