I am curious. How much was you charged for fees for drawings for a planning application? and then to complete the building regulation drawings? I just don't know what to expect, or if people are going to tell I'm a novice and pull the wool over my eyes.
I am looking to do a single storey rear extension. This may be within permitted development rights, so would just need sketch plans to agree design and then building regulation drawings?
Or I may extend it to the side a little (to gain a utility), which would need planning permission and then building regulations.
Did you use an Architect? Or someone who is competent in drawings i.e Architectural Technologist? Surveyor?
I am in the North-West if that makes any difference
