Is there such a thing as a daylight ceiling lamp/ wall lamp that isn't actually a SAD lamp?

When I search "full spectrum light" I get lots of SAD light boxes which you have to sit next to for 30 minutes a day.

But I don't want that, I just want a light that when I turn it on, looks like daylight.

Any tips?

Just google daylight light bulbs, there are loads of options. Such as

You can get daylight bulbs, I have them dotted over the house.

Pretty much all lamps in my home have been kitted out with daylight-emulating lightbulbs. They're great! I no longer get depressed during winter. But the light is very very blue, so you do need to change one bulb at a time in order to prevent headaches.
I'm not in the U.K. but the lightbulbs I use are from Phillips:

My 'home office' is a box room with no natural light. For the last year I've been using 3 lamps to try to make it brighter and I have just changed all of the bulbs to daylight bulbs. The light is very 'white' (where I would normally prefer 'warm') but it really has made a difference and it actually feels like there is some daylight in the room.

Do daylight bulbs work better with central ceiling lights or with side lamps?
