Recommendations for a portable induction hob please?

Extension about to start and have left it a bit late to sort this out any recommendations gratefully received.

I have the James Martin Wahl one. It's been so useful.

It’s out of stock unfortunately.

I'd spend a bit more I got a really basic one and it was so fierce and I was always a bit worried.

Heres an alternative

The one from IKEA was fantastic and saw us through an extension. We were able to cook properly throughout, just needed to plan meals where you used just one hob. We were really impressed with it!

Unfortunately nowhere near an IKEA.

Do they just plug into a normal socket?

I saw the VonShef ones it would be great to hear from someone who has used it.

I have one from either Aldi or Lidl. It's OK except for small pans - it doesn't seem to recognise them

Plug it in to a normal socket. Can you order online for delivery?

I got a basic Tefal one for the same reason. Just one ring. Was about £50 from memory and was good.

Just ordered a TEFAL one from Curry's - I'll be posting asking for one ring recipes soon....

We got one from Aldi and it was so good. We loaned it to two other people after we had finished. Only £30 as well.
