Hi, curious question as i have viewed a house this week that I've fallen in love with! The house is in a really popular area, no chain but needs some work doing. The ea informed us 30 people where viewing this house in one day before all offers will be considered! [shock]We have put what we believe is a decent offer in, but was curious if anyone knows what percentage of people who view houses actually put an offer in as 30 viewings seems really intimidating and competitive to a first time buyer with no experience!! [envy][confused]
