We’re looking at making an offer on a house but the third bedroom is quite a bit smaller than the room my younger son currently has. We’re considering if we could knock down the bedroom wall and take part of the hallway (which would create a bit of an L shaped room but larger). This would involve putting a door where the current shower is or getting rid of the shower altogether and putting in an over bath shower. Any idea of how much this is likely to cost?
