Old agent's second viewing, despite me being with a new agent

The old agent wants to show a couple round who viewed several weeks ago. I'm with a new agent now - listed today. I have allowed this to go ahead, but am I obliged to keep letting old clients do viewings when I'm not under contract with this agent anymore?

I'm working elsewhere and can't let them in from next week anyway, do I have to allow access on an ongoing basis? The new agent are the only one's with keys, are they obliged to hand over the keys to enable viewings if I'm not here? (The new agent knows they don't have commission rights over the list of old clients so Im not concerned about double commission btw)

No you are not obliged to keep letting them do viewings, nor are you obliged to let them on the property.

You're not obliged to, but the old agent is highly motivated to make a sale and given that you are protected against double commission it would seem perverse not to try to facilitate this. If these buyers work out well then you will be saving yourself a mountain of hassle. It's not hard to make arrangements to get another key cut if need be.
