My kid got accepted from Sevenoaks school, any location recommended for rental or good area nearby if we consider to buy?

Sevenoaks here. In terms of being useful can you give us some idea of what exactly it is that you are looking for? Do you want a town location or village? Are you looking for him to walk to school or happy for him to commute in (which opens up the possibility of training it in from Tonbridge or Tunbridge Wells as well as taking a bus in). What kind of property are you after (old/new?) and if you were to buy, what is your top budget (it’s not a cheap area!). And finally, what do you like doing in your spare time (e.g country walks/eating out) and where are you moving from??
