Stunning house!

That is a hell of a lot of house for the money but I couldn’t live with a glass door on the en-suite otherwise it is lovely and the slide would make a great laundry Shute.

Love the property though I imagine the Cat would probably try to go up the slide.

Had to look through the photos about 4 times before I spotted it 😂 my kids would love that!

@justanotherneighinparadise, not just the SE. In some areas of Birmingham or Greater Manchester it was have a 1 in from of that 6. In some areas of Edinburgh probably a 2.

It’s because it’s a beautiful house in a not so desirable area.

It's in the middle of nowhere in the highlands of Scotland.

It's a gorgeous house. I'd live there in a heartbeat. I love Perthshire.

My mistake; a similar house in desirable parts of Birmingham, Manchester or Edinburgh would all be 2m+

@Howshouldibehave it has a granny flat. I think one of the kitchen looking rooms is a utility. The floor plan is too pale to see properly. Which is a shame as the layout is difficult to understand.

@Proudboomer, I think the glass door is just the shower door. I don’t think you see a clear door off the bedroom unless ive missed it.
