Bath shower screen question

Trying to order a shower screen for the bath but need it to be big enough to keep water off the floor? We have a high mounted rainfall shower. Our bath is 1700mm long. I wanted to order it in 1000x1400 but they are out of stock so it's either 1200x1400 or 900x1400

It's one of the folding ones. I'm clueless if anyone can advise!

You’re dimensions, which is height and which long ?

Argh ‘Your’

Having switched my brain on, I realise the first number must be long, then height.

We have similar problem after putting screen in, though it’s a ‘p’ shaped shower bath , so the length of the screen was dictated by the little corners of the side of the wider end , reducing to the narrower end.

I was convinced the screen was too low and water would be pouring off people’s heads over the screen.

Hasn’t happened yet, probably because you don’t stand directly under the stream for long?

Screen is 1400 high, 800 long. Actually , water escapes because the screen isn’t long enough.

Doesn't matter how long the screen is as some amount of water will escape due to the nature of showering. Basically as I'm sure you know, shorter will give more water on floor, longer less.
