Is stamp duty included in Sold Prices on rightmove?

Sorry it's probably a silly question but I can't find the answer on rightmove.

No. That's an extra cost.

Nope, just the price paid for the house (i.e the £ offer accepted by the vendors). Any other costs incurred aren’t relevant and may vary depending on buyers being first time buyers etc.

Its not included no. But with the stamp duty holiday a lot of the sellers tried to 'steal' the stamp duty and added it to the price of their homes which caused a mini inflation.

So if your looking at houses sold in the last 6 months. I would minus off the stamp duty to see the actual house value IYSWIM.

Lemon yes, good point - though they only state a year there, so the sale may have been before last June.
