Is there a website or a filter on Rightmove where we can find residential properties with self contained holiday lets onsite?

We’re considering selling up and I’ve just handed in my notice. Looking to change our lifestyle. We’d like to buy a property with more land around it and preferably with SC holiday lets in the grounds either converted outbuildings or an annex or whatever. DH can work f/t from home and I will deal with the new venture. But I don’t know where to find such properties. Any tips?

Uk farms and land website might have something. I’d use rightmove in the areas you’re interested in at appropriate budget and see what there is- you could also then contact some local agents and explain your requirements.

Primelocation has a keyword option in its filters. You could try several different keywords like “annexe” “self-contained”“income” “glamping” etc.

Of course this will probably also bring up properties with old outbuildings that could be converted but haven’t yet been...

I did see somewhere recently that was for sale with an established glamping business- in Sussex/Kent area.

You definitely need to call in Kirstie & Phil Grin

I saw one of these in Pembrokeshire on Rightmove a few weeks back - 4 self contained cottages and a main house.

Go to Google
Type

site: rightmove.co.uk "holiday let"

Or whatever you are looking for in the " " - I think you could use two terms like

site: rightmove.co.uk "holiday" and "annexe"

for example to get both. It's not perfect though.

Thanks everyone. Sorry I didn’t come back. DS1 damaged his fingers playing football and I spent the evening in A&E having them xrated and strapped up.
Thanks for the tips. @PeterPandemic I’ve tried google searches with house for sale with holiday let but it just brings up holiday let cottages for sale whereas we’d be looking for self contained accommodation that people could rent on a self catering basis. We would consider outbuildings that need converting but obviously it’s all budget dependent. Budget would be about £850k but maybe stretch a little which is ok for a house but doesn’t go far when you’re looking for a few acres and outbuildings.
I’ll try Primelocation, thanks @minipie
Thanks @Cyberworrier, I’ll have a look at farms and land websites. I think my budget will be bottom of the rungs there though.
@SheWouldNever, that’s pretty much what I’m looking for. I’ll check it out if I can find it.
@FunnyInjury, if I could have them in secret and not need to be on tv then I’d definitely be on the phone. Grin

Would possibly have been a more exciting evening! Wink
Hope he heals quickly Thanks

Thank you @MechantGourmet. He is very accident prone, often football or rugby related. He was only outside kicking around with DS2. Three children and all our A&E trips seem to be with the same one. Grin

Op I’m not sure if you’d be interested in an equestrian property, I have stumbled across the odd one on Rightmove and wondered if I could buy one and run a business from it. I haven’t wondered that for long because I don’t know anything about horses but I wonder if you could get permission to use the land for something else? There are specialist estate agents although I can’t remember the names.
