I know this is going to sound ungrateful but does anyone feel stuck in their house? We live in our first home and its feeling claustrophobic our earnings have increased a fair amount so DH doesn't want to half way move he wants the forever home.
DH is very picky we have been looking for over a year and we must have viewed 50 houses offered on 3 DH wouldn't go into a bidding war on the first, the second the same and the third we offered and had a 20k down valuation offered to meet halfway but the vendors said no.
I'm just beyond exhausted with it all DH won't consider a new build which are actually reasonably priced compared to some sellers asking prices.
