The house we want - are moving into rental.
Offers all went in in October and still no idea if we will actually move.
Out buyer told us they had a MIP but this didn’t translate into an offer, lots of problems with guarantees and a trust fund. We thought it was sorted but then another issue has arisen.
Then the house we are supposedly buying. It is a brand new self build. First there was a problem with the 10 year warranty (which our mortgage needs) that looks like it has been solved. However, there is a title on the garden. We have said we want the title removed. The owners of said of the title are getting legal advise so who knows how long that will take.
Argggghhhhhhhh. So so frustrating as none of the hold ups are to do with us.
