Hi, I am looking to buy a rental property and, as I live relatively nearby, thought I'd buy in Daventry or Rugby. However, I don't know either town. I'd be spending my nest egg/future pension so don't want to get it wrong. I need to ensure I can let out the flat/house easily and would ideally like to rent long term to a family, or possibly a professional couple. Does anyone live in these areas or know the towns and, if so, would you be able to steer me into desirable areas or estates within them? Thank you very much in advance for any suggestions.
