For some lenders, yes to child maintenance. Of those who will, most will consider it only if the term of the loan is equal or less than the number of years left on the maintenance entitlement i.e. if your child has 12 years until they turn 18, and you need an 11 year repayment loan, they'll include. However, if you needed 13 years, they wouldn't include it at all. It also needs to be either court ordered or proven paid (bank statements) for (iirc) a year.

Spousal maintenance, I understand must be court ordered - some will consider it.

Child benefit is also possible to include with some lender (also only until child is 18).

We've had a few different lenders and never had an issue with length of term being longer than what we'd get child benefit for despite it being included in our income. Presumably when you no longer need child benefit and maintenance your affordability increases due to reduction in dependents?
