I was quite surprised not to see a Chinese rug. That's proper Swansea posh, especially if you look at the houses for sale in Langland and Caswell. They are not really posh, they used to sell them in David Evans and my friend and I had a telling off from a shop assistant there because we sat on a pile of them.
Out of boredom and curiosity I look at the more expensive houses for sale in Swansea and I'm usually disappointed with the kitchens and bathrooms. I expect it's because a lot of older people lived there and their tastes are still 1970's. Either that or the Mumbles set or Swansea Mafia some were called have pretty ghastly taste.
