Heat Reflective Glass

We are having new patio doors put into our house and they open onto a south facing garden. An option is to have heat reflective glass which dulls things slightly from the inside looking out and also goes somewhat mirrored when looking from the outside looking in, the warmer it is, the more mirrored it gets. I like the benefits from the inside (less tv glare, less heat, furniture not getting bleached etc) but the contractor has said the outside becomes mirrored as the glass heats up. Does anyone have this type of glass? How mirrored does it get? And how much duller inside is it? I know I won't be outside looking at the back of my house much but it's a traditional brick built house, not a boy racers' Ford Capri with mirrored windows. (Apologies classic Ford Capri owners) so just want to know how it will look. The supplier doesn't have a showroom and with covid I can't even go in to alternative showrooms to have a snoop around. Thanks in advance for any help.
