Does anyone have one of these?
We want to rent a property out, we had a certificate thing today and it needs to be an e to be legally rented, but it’s a g1, which is pretty dire.
It’s a barn conversion with stone floors, a massive full height pitched roof and a lpg heating system.
Guy suggested taking out the lpg and putting in electric storage heaters and an immersion heater. This seems crazy, will be cold and you will have to plan a shower .
Having googled, see this as an option but seems a bit too good to be true , there must be drawbacks ?
