Does anyone know who I need to contact to request a dropped curb AND also for a lamppost to be moved in order for me to have a driveway. Tia

Start with your local council.

They'll deal with dropping the kerb, so will know best how to go about getting the lamppost moved (and if it's possible).

Moving a lamp post sounds expensive, if they will even do it. Sorry, not helpful, I know.

Google is your friend. Essex council charges £2500 - £3000 to move one 2 metres.

It would be your Council. Although I couldn't have a dropped curb because an electrical box would need moving so maybe it will not move a lamp post

@user1471538283 that's strange/interesting on a property program the developers were able to do this I think, but it cost!

My in laws have just had a lamppost moved. Not sure how much it cost but only took a few hours for the council to move. Think it was easy to arrange.
