Reading - Courage Park

Can you please advise on the area close to Courage Park in Reading. Is it a good / safe area? Towards south west, it’s just under a mile to Reading West station, thank you

Courage Park is between 2 council estates, Southcote and Coley Park.
You could probably look up in the local online newspapers (GetReading) and see what goes on. There are also nearby neighbourhood watch schemes, you can email the organisers and ask them. You could look up crime stats as well for that postcode area.
It seems there are no shops walkable from there. Traffic on Berkely Ave. used to be horrendous.
Is the Reading West train station relevant to you?
