Absolutely not! No wonder it hasn’t sold yet.

!! Weird! But it's weird not to have a fence/screening up. I don't know why they would bother putting windows in that side of the conservatory, if you were the conservatory owner surely you'd be expecting your neighbours to put a wall/fence up so windows a waste? Just odd all round!

I wonder if the two neighbours are family-grandparents being able to see grandchildren playing?

A link wouldn’t add anything, & I’m a bit wary of putting local things up (it’s a small town, I don’t want to upset anybody!

This is the aerial view - the conservatory is to the SW so maybe it’s about light?

If the conservatory is right on the boundary (shouldn’t it be at least 6” off?) maybe this side was making a point.

I’d also wonder whether the neighbours were relatives - the conservatory hasn’t just been built very close to the border, it’s been actively designed to be part of the border.

A buyer would want to be clear on the legal implications regarding the border and party wall and whether the conservatory had been properly signed off, but that all being well it’s easy enough to put up a fence or trellis if you want privacy. It wouldn’t be a big deal for me personally, on a housing estate like that the gardens are pretty overlooked anyway and I don’t care who sees me in my bikini in my own garden!
