Have a combination of fan and 3 lights in my conservatory. looking at replacing with either a new light or a white light and fan. How easy is it to just have a new light only .There are currently 2 switches.

Also what is the stand it is mounted on called pls ?

Of course you can have just a light, the electrician can just cap off one of the wires and replace double switch plate for a single.

Assuming by mount you mean a ceiling rose? You can either buy a new one if you just wanted trendy exposed dangly bulbs or light shade, or one will be already part of your new light fitting.

@Whatsnewpussyhat the ceiling rose is on a sloped angled so it's not flat all round if that makes sense .
