I love looking at property.
This seems a good buy.
Anyone anything to add to the thread in their area that's wow

Who would sell a house with someone who can't even rotate the pictures to the correct orientation. There also seems to be far fewer photos than I would expect.

But on the other hand it seems cheap compared to the 4 bed bungalow I bought in a totally different part of the Country.

It’s the kind of thing that will be bought by an unsuspecting ex-Londoner looking to escape the rat race and exchange their one-bedroom flat for a small town mansion and still be able to put money from the sale in their pocket - and the real “WOW” part will be when they get their first winter heating bill for that place.

Nice as a film set but not to live in. That said, unbelievable how much space and land you get for you money in that location. Forget London, you don’t get much for £475k in a nice part of Yorkshire these days
