Same as usual! But with masks on

I thought in lockdown no one is allowed in your house unless they are in your bubble?

Estate agents can, it's on the government website.

www.gov.uk/guidance/national-lockdown-stay-at-home#moving-home

'Moving home
You can still move home. People outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary.

Estate and letting agents and removals firms can continue to work. If you are looking to move, you can go to property viewings.'

Mine came in and then wiped down things he touched

Pipandmum · 29/01/2021 23:35

I have two viewings tomorrow and they will come with the agent wearing masks.
Tradespeople, carers, child care providers and cleaners (as well as estate agents and viewers) are allowed in your home.
