Great way of putting it!! So much potential to be an amazing forever home but my goodness it’s going to need to take some work. With all that land surrounding it I wouldn’t be surprised if a builder has got it and tries to put another couple of houses there. Would be dreadful if that was the case (that’s the local speculation anyway)
