Bespoke Indemnity

Does anyone know how long it takes to arrange a bespoke indemnity? We have been waiting for almost two weeks now, and not sure whether this is normal or if the solicitors are just being slow!

What is bespoke about it? My indemnity provider really cover just about everything - there is really not much bespoke.

I would expect a reply within a week tbh.

Thank you for replying. I’m not sure to be honest because it’s a related sale in the chain, but our own solicitors say it shouldn’t take longer than a week. Yet it’s been 2 weeks with no progress! Holding up the entire chain!
