Deluxe Storage Room in loft quote?

Has anyone added a room in the loft space? We have had a quote £4700.

What are you getting for that?

We've having 18 square metres boarding, new loft hatch, loft ladder and a grab rail and had three quotes ranging from £1356 - £1490. One was local, one was national with a local depot and one was a franchaise. The local was one cheapest but we went with the national as they gave a longer guarantee

IMO that's a really good price for all that! why not ask another company to come and quote just so you have something to compare it to.
