I wonder if anyone could help with these 2 queries

  1. I have had it 9 years and hope it may last another 5? Feasible?
Never had any problems with it
  1. My JWB is in a second floor flat and replaced a combi boiler.
I therefore had to put a flue in which I think involved a scaffold. Now there is room for a flue would I still need a scaffold if I need to put a new boiler in? Thanks
