We've just had some bifolds fitted in our new extension and there's afew very minor (maybe 3 x 1inch) and superficial scratches. They've offered to replace the panes of glass but I'm wondering if it's worth it-wondering if it's inevitable that panes of glass will always have something minor on them! When we've had windows fit previously (different company) they've had one scratch in also. I'm worried about swapping them and then they'll have scratches on too (maybe worse!) then where does it end! Has anyone else been in this position and what did you do? Thank you x
