Help me out with Quartz worktops please

Struggling as all local shops are closed. Need to find a quartz worktop which will not be supplied with my new kitchen (IKEA - Theirs are more pricey and I'm not using their design service or fitting anyway). Where to start? I understand there are different brands - are the main brands better quality? does it matter? I've been looking online but it's hard to know if the company/ supplier is any good or what the product would look like IRL. don't really know what to do!
I'm having an undermount sink if it matters.

I have a Rossi quartz worktop. They templated, fitted and silicone sealed everything. The colour I have is aurora pure. They’re nationwide and supply to some of the top kitchen companies.

Do you have a local facebook group? Ask for recommendations. Personally I don't think there is much difference in quality between the more expensive brands and the cheaper brands (I've had Silestone, Compac and Luna quartz and have been v happy with all of them)

Have you tried searching for a local stone suppliers ours was still open and I could go and see the slabs in situ and choose the one I wanted. It’s very hard to tell unless you can see a large area rather than a sample so it’s useful if you go and have a look. If you’re in Surrey or SW London I recommend chic marble in West Molesey.

They send samples but we visited the showroom near Welywn Garden City. The tiny small samples are very different from the large slabs. For such a large purchase I would go and see them if you can.
