Renting and getting pregnant?

Hi bit of a random one but wanted to see if anyone knows the answer to this. I’m viewing a house tomorrow that I may want to rent. It’s a 3 bed and says max occupants is 4. Now there is 4 of us (me, DH and kids DS 12 and DD 4). But thinking forward would maybe consider another baby in the next few years. Would me getting pregnant make it a dealbreaker like would the landlord want to kick us out. It’s a big house so unsure why it is only 4 people but yeah interested in any answers please. Thanks

I’d imagine it refers to adult occupants and is due to HMO licensing and the number of unrelated occupants allowed to live in a household before it has to be classified as an HMO and required formal inspections and a license. A three bedroom house for a family of two adults and two children is perfectly ordinary.
