Our buyers still don't have their mortgage and keep pushing their homebuyers survey back. This has happened twice now and it was only booked in when I raised why it wasn't booked in. We are now getting close to three months since they made their offer. Am i being unreasonable to expect it to be booked in? And the date kept?
To me, it's some sort of commitment to buying since we will soon be three months since we came off the market.
