Can anyone suggest Property indemnity insurance companies ?

Hello, We are looking into getting a indemnity insurance policy for the house we are going to buy to cover the issues related to Covenants. I can't find many quotes online. Can someone please suggest some good companies to get the policy from ?

I don't think many (if any?) companies offer policies direct to the general public.

In my experience it's always been one of the solicitors who has organised the policy.

What is your solicitor suggesting on this matter? I think it might be best left to them to sort out, as they should have more experience of obtaining a suitable policy.

What Mildura said. Let the solicitors organise it. They do this day in / day out so should get the right cover for you. They should pass it on at cost, like any other disbursement.
