Yet another thread on ‘how much will this renovation cost’. Please share your thoughts to help me estimate my budget before I make an offer.

I am looking to fully remodel the house including,
Garage conversion
Extend first floor to the side over garage
Replace kitchen and knock through into next room, add bi fold doors across the width
Add 2 ensuites and walk in wardrobes
Fully re decorate and replace flooring
Render externally
Resin drive/block paving to the whole of outside
How much would you estimate the cost to be.
