How low is too low?

House has been on the market since October. It’s had a good level of interest and viewings. I’ve just had an offer at 50k under the asking price, which I was surprised at in the current market. What’s considered an acceptable amount of reduction?

What % of the asking price is it?

Around 12%

people will chance it.
if you are confident it is priced fairly and you having interests then don't rush selling.

How long have you lived there and how much more are you asking for on top of the price you originally paid?

If you want to move then there's a cost to staying. How much do you want to move?

Good level of interest -but this is the best offer? Sounds like viewings arent translating to offers.
