We live in an Edwardian semi. We seem to be getting some penetrating damp through the front corner of the house. The plaster is showing a few dark patches and seems chalky on the paint finish. We’ve had a damp company take a look and they’ve recommended using a breathable silicon spray on the brickwork. Has anyone had this done?
