Is there any hope of this house being ready by March?

This was our house about a week before Christmas. There's been some progress with the roof since, but only the wooden structure of it it's not finished and I don't have a photo.

They are still insisting we'll be in by 31st March. I can't believe it from the photos. Anyone have any idea about this kind of thing?

Is there any hope of this house being ready by March?

Are the first fix plumbing and electrics done?

Is that a timber frame? If so, then it is possible, depending on their staffing.

Everything can be done, whether it will is another matter. Most builds run over time

It is timber frame, there will then be an inner and outer layer of brick work I believe. I don't want them to rush and get it ready by March if it'll be crap, I just want a realistic timescale and I'm worried they are just telling me what they think I want to hear

Who are the 'they' who are telling you the move in date? Are we talking large home building company and one of many houses on a development or your own builder hired by you on a building plot you already own?

Small local developer building 30 houses. The first phase (15 houses inc. ours) are due to be ready in March/April, we apparently are March

If your relying on the stamp duty deadlines to be able to complete, I would say no!

Not relying on but it would be a bonus! If that's not the case we'd manage, but it would just be nice to have a realistic timescale
