Hi all,
My husband works in SE1 London we are searching for a specious house around £400000 budget. I am looking for nice primary and secondary schools. We like green , quite places and nice neighbour hood.

I would appreciate any valuable suggestions.

SE London has excellent links to London Bridge. The Crofton area of Orpington (BR6) has houses within that budget and there are fast trains to LB. Also look at New Eltham (SE9) and Sidcup (DA14 and DA15) which also have fast trains and excellent schools, close to countryside etc. Grammar system in Bromley and Bexley.
