Hi! I am looking to move into Herts. We have a budget of 400K for a 3 bedroom house. We were looking into WGC and areas nearby. We went to see Hitchin (inside a car) but we were not convinced. I saw there are some houses for sale in Sunnyside road in Hitchin within our budget but I don't know if the area is nice. I know the SG4 9 area is one of the best for schools but I would like to now if that road is ok or not. We're also looking in Letchworth but we don't know which areas (postcodes) are nice. If anyone can advice us on this we would really appreciate it.
