What does lockdown mean for property viewings?

Are you still allowed to view properties in person or not? Sorry if it’s a stupid question - I’m asking here as I can’t find any guidance online.

Also, would you put your property on the market now or wait until spring? We were hoping to list at the start of 2021 but with the new lockdown, now I’m not so sure...

Moving and viewing properties still allowed! Still allowed in Scotland too if that's relevant to you.

My EA still doing viewings but only for fully qualified buyers (ie with MIP, cash buyer, ready to go kind of thing)
